The course helped to structure the sales process, so any member of the team can understand where a patient is at any given time in the sales journey. This really helps understands what type of encouragement, information, support a patient may need at any given time. I have not really come across a course designed this way - it is made easy to understand by including various formats in bite sized chunks. There is a sense that 32Co genuinely care about their dentists and their patients. I feel more confident now in identifying and dealing with patient objections and in formulating our own sales process in particular follow-up protocols.
