To get started, open your patient’s case and select the treatment design you’d like create a proposal for.

Fill in their contact details, select the pre treatment records you want to show and note down the treatment goal. Their treatment simulation is automatically embedded. Then, you can start building your treatment plan packages. It’s fully customisable so you can mix and match to create the perfect proposal for each patient.

You can choose a custom name and include multiple quotes all within the the same proposal.

Once you’re happy, you can preview the proposal and then you’re all set! Choose if you want to receive a copy of the proposal and hit send. Your patient receives an email with a link to their bespoke proposal. It outlines the number of stages, their pre treatment images and treatment goals. Their treatment simulation is available to review and they can choose from your custom packages.

Patients can choose the quote they want and send you a notification to let you know that they are interested.

From your portal you can see which package they’ve chosen and get them booked in! View their comments, edit the proposal, order the aligners and note down the agreed price all in one place. You can easily keep track of what you have quoted for at any time by heading to the patient proposal tab.
