When we started building 32Co, we knew that it needed to be as simple for the patient as possible. So we made the decision to create our own remote monitoring tool, and make it free to use for our dentists. With the tool, you can:

- Schedule appointments at the right time, and with the right info
- Make getting clear aligners convenient for the dentist, and remove your chair time
How to set up the Online Check-in tool
- When you've decided on your treatment plan you can start your check-in schedule.
- Decide how regularly you want reminders to be sent, and the date you want to start.
- You can choose to be notified for every check-in, or only when the patient raises an issue.
- Sit back and wait!
How the Online Check-in tool works
- Your patient will be sent a text and email to check-in when the time is right.
- When complete you'll receive a notification to review.
- You will receive photos of the aligner fit and see the stage and days they've been wearing it for.
- Patients can also share any concerns they're experiencing.
- If the patient has a concern you'll also get a text (if you've entered your or your nurse's phone number).
